Chi-Square Test Help

Test whether two categorical variables are independent using a contingency table of observed counts.

Requires: Two categorical columns.

Parameters & Options
Note: Chi-square requires rows where both columns are non-missing. If the two columns were recorded on different subsets of samples (e.g. SLOPE_POS only measured at one ranch), the test may fail with a "too few rows" error. Choose columns that overlap in coverage.
Optional: fill missing numeric values before the analysis runs. Leave as default to keep the method's own handling.
